1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tulsa Welding School ("TWS") website and TradePath enrollment platform (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Site.

2. Description of Service

TradePath is an enrollment exploration and information platform operated by Tulsa Welding School. The Site provides information about TWS programs, career assessments, financial aid estimates, and enrollment guidance. The Site is designed to help prospective students explore their options and is not a substitute for speaking with an admissions representative.

3. Educational Information Disclaimer

The information provided on this Site, including but not limited to salary data, job placement rates, graduation rates, and financial aid estimates, is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a guarantee of outcomes.

• Salary data is sourced from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) program and represents national median figures. Individual earnings vary based on location, experience, employer, certifications, and market conditions.
• Financial aid estimates are based on federal Pell Grant eligibility guidelines and are estimates only. Actual financial aid packages depend on individual circumstances, FAFSA completion, and verification of eligibility. Estimates do not constitute an offer of financial aid.
• Job placement rates are based on TWS institutional data as reported to our accrediting body (ACCSC) and represent outcomes for specific graduating cohorts. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Program information including duration, curriculum, and certifications is subject to change. Please contact an admissions representative for the most current information.

4. Career Assessment Tool

The Career Assessment Quiz ("Quiz") is a self-guided exploration tool designed to help users identify trade programs that may align with their interests and preferences. Quiz results are based on user-provided answers and a weighted scoring algorithm. The Quiz is not a validated psychometric instrument, vocational aptitude test, or career counseling service. Results should be used as a starting point for exploration, not as definitive career guidance.

5. Enrollment

Starting an enrollment exploration on this Site does not constitute enrollment at Tulsa Welding School. Formal enrollment requires completion of the official enrollment agreement, meeting admissions requirements, and may require additional documentation. All enrollment is subject to TWS admissions policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tulsa Welding School and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The TWS name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tulsa Welding School or its affiliates.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TWS, a TWS employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tulsa Welding School, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

9. Accreditation

Tulsa Welding School is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). Accreditation information can be verified at www.accsc.org/Directory. TWS is also approved for veterans training and participates in Title IV federal financial aid programs.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
